Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel subscriptions and accounts on the WellFedCats platform.
1. Cancelling a Supporter Subscription
Supporters can cancel their subscription to any Feeder at any time, directly from their account settings in the app. No cancellation fees apply.
- When it takes effect: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Feeder's activity and updates until that date.
- No partial refunds: Cancellations do not trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you believe a refund is warranted, please see our Refund & Dispute Policy.
- Re-subscribing: You can re-subscribe to the same Feeder or a different one at any time.
2. Cancelling Multiple Subscriptions
If you support multiple Feeders, each subscription must be cancelled individually. Cancelling one subscription does not affect your other active subscriptions.
3. Deactivating a Feeder Account
Feeders can deactivate their account at any time through their account settings. When a Feeder deactivates:
- All active Supporter subscriptions to that Feeder are automatically cancelled.
- Supporters are notified and will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Any pending payouts will be processed before the account is fully deactivated.
- Feeding history and cat profiles may remain visible on the platform for community continuity, unless the Feeder requests full deletion.
4. Deleting Your Account
Any user (Feeder or Supporter) can request full account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Upon deletion:
- All active subscriptions (as Supporter or Feeder) are cancelled.
- Your personal data will be removed within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Anonymized feeding data may be retained for platform statistics.
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
5. Platform-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel subscriptions or deactivate accounts if:
- A user violates our Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
- Payment methods are repeatedly declined.
In such cases, we will notify the affected users via email and process any eligible refunds as outlined in our Refund & Dispute Policy.
